Finally we’ll deliver an activities plan for the coming months which will show where your budget is going.
Once we’ve decided to prepare for lift-off, you will be assigned a Campaign Manager. The CM will be your single point of contact during our partnership.
You will hear from your CM regularly with our updates and instructions for any tasks on your end.
Rest assured you are in good hands with your Campaign Manager, as they are all skilled SEOs with excellent communication skills. They work with you and our internal delivery experts to set up your campaign and keep it on the right trajectory.

Before the official campaign starts, the team reviews your audit in depth with you and presents action items for the team to execute.
Once the campaign is launched, we work with a completely transparent project management system developed around sprints of three months.
Your project is built with well defined activities which fit into your needs and your budget.
At the start of each sprint, you and your CM will review the KPIs and activities which will take place during the next 3 months. As each activity is completed, it will be checked off on the sheet.
A thorough performance evaluation is conducted at the conclusion of each quarter.
We’ll discuss traffic comparisons with the prior quarter, highlight our strongest points while also identifying our faults and untapped potential.
